Does your price include Import Duty and taxes?

Our prices do NOT include Import Duty and GST/VAT applicable in your country. We deliver by a courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express and Hong Kong Post. When the courier delivers the goods, you will pay Import Duty and GST/VAT to the courier. You can check the rates by contacting your local customs office, courier representative, etc.

How to Order?

Select the item you want to order and put it in your shopping cart. After selection, check your shopping cart in the upper right corner of the page and click “Checkout”. Please login to your account. If you have not yet become a member, please register first. After logging in, you can view the order details, enter the shipping address, and select the payment method. After completing the above procedure, click on “Checkout”. You will be access to PayPal’s page for payment. You need to enter the credit card number, the validity period of the credit card, the cardholder’s name and the credit card verification code on this page. When PayPal is processing a credit card authorization process, do not log out of the page or use the back button. Otherwise the order may not be successful. When the system completes the program, you will receive an email with details about the order.

Send us your order list for quotation. This is recommended for bulk order or urgent case. We accept payment via Paypal or TT.

We accept Credit Card Payment via PayPal which securely accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express. It is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account.

FAQ – About Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?

We can deliver to any country.
• For local delivery in Hong Kong, we deliver via SF Express, Yamato Delivery and Hong Kong Post. Self-pickup at our office is available by appointment.
• For delivery outside Hong Kong, we provide international shipment via EMS by default. Special arrangement could be made for delivery via DHL, FedEx and UPS upon request. Please email us your desired products, expected date of arrival, postal address and we will check the delivery fee for you.

Expected Delivery Time

Normally, we take 1-2 working days for order processing. For some products like AI Amazon Alexa Robot (Talkbo), the lead time will be longer, approx. 5 working days for quality check and firmware update before delivery. According to our past order records, here listed the average delivery time for your reference. Delivery time may vary due to many reasons such as custom check, peak season like Christmas, etc.

FAQ – About AgIC Products

Does this work with other kinds of paper other than AgIC Circuit Paper?

It does NOT work with plain paper. Some kinds of glossy photo paper work compatibly, but our circuit paper provides much better conductivity and durability. Therefore, for industrial purposes, only special paper works in many cases. For hobby use or short-term use, compatible glossy photo paper works sufficiently.

How long does the circuit work?

The printed circuit is probably not going to work for 20 years, but work for at least one year.

How flexible is the ink after it dries?

Flexible as paper. It has conductivity when you bend the paper as long as you do not fold and push strongly so the paper cracks.
